Founder, Registered Physiotherapist

I'm Landyn, the founder of Physiothenix and your dedicated health coach. My journey in the realm of physical well-being began with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and escalated to a Master of Fitness Science from York University. Fueling my passion, I furthered my education with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

I've had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, from the young to the young at heart, spanning from those facing critical health challenges to elite athletes. To forge a powerful therapeutic bond with each patient, guiding them towards personal triumphs and restoring the strength and confidence needed to relish their favourite activities.

Recognizing the intricate nature of health, injury, and pain, I adopt a holistic approach to assessment and treatment. I'm a firm believer in the mantra "movement is medicine," empowering you to actively participate in your physical therapy journey. My methodology combines exercise, patient education, and lifestyle coaching, complemented by manual therapy techniques.

Beyond the clinic, catch me conquering calisthenics, mastering strength training, indulging in martial arts, and dancing up a storm at the local studio.
